Terms & Conditions – Homebody Studios
I. Application of These Terms and Conditions (the “Homebody Agreement”)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Homebody Studios (“Homebody,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including your use of our studios, website, services, memberships, digital offerings, and products (including merchandise).
By accessing or using any part of our services—including Pilates classes, events, online content, or purchases—you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all Homebody Studios locations:

Clients should contact their local studio for any membership, class, order, or account-related inquiries.
II. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
A. Informal Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any issues thoughtfully and efficiently. Please email your local studio with your name, a description of the issue, and your desired resolution.
B. Arbitration Agreement
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
C. Class Action Waiver
All disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or collective action. If this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the arbitration provision will not apply.
D. Definition of Dispute
“Dispute” includes any disagreement related to your relationship with Homebody Studios, excluding personal injury claims and issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged property.
III. Studio Usage Policies
A. Use of Facilities by Minors
Clients under 18 must participate with parental or guardian consent. The minimum age is 16, and minors must attend class alongside a parent or guardian.
B. Reservations, Classes, and Gift Cards
- Reservations require pre-purchased credits or memberships.
- Gift cards do not expire but are non-refundable once applied.
- Pricing may change; existing credits retain value until expiration.
- Unpaid balances may result in account suspension.
C. Refunds, Cancellations, and Membership Policies
Credit Packages:
Refunds are only available if:
- No classes (including waitlist) have been reserved, and
- The request is submitted within 5 days of purchase
Memberships:
- Membership fees are non-refundable
- Memberships may be canceled at any time
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle
Membership Pauses:
- Allowed up to 2 times per year
- Minimum 1 month
- Must be requested via email
D. Class Attendance and Waitlists
- Spots may be released if you are not present at the start of class
- Waitlists should be treated as confirmed bookings
E. Class Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees
Late Cancel Fee:
- Austin $15 | Montecito $20 | Culver City $15 | Newport Beach $20
No-Show Fee:
- Austin $20 | Montecito $25 | Culver City $20 | Newport Beach $25
Fees may be waived in cases of illness or emergency at our discretion.
F. Instructor & Schedule Changes
Classes and instructors are subject to change at any time.
G. Pricing
Pricing may change at any time based on demand and location.
IV. Merchandise & Online Purchases
A. Orders & Payment
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
B. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and carrier. Homebody Studios is not responsible for delays once orders have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
C. Returns & Exchanges
- Merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact your local studio.
D. Lost or Damaged Items
Homebody Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
V. Payment & Membership
A. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is not accepted. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
B. Class Expirations
All class packages have expiration dates communicated at purchase. Extensions may be granted in extenuating circumstances.
VI. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, videos, and materials associated with Homebody Studios are the intellectual property of Homebody Studios. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
VII. Privacy Compliance (California & Texas)
Homebody Studios complies with all applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information
- Request disclosure of collected data
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (Note: we do not sell personal data)
