Our Hot Mat Pilates class is designed to challenge your body in a heated environment, set at 85 degrees to maximize flexibility and muscle activation. This class works through every major muscle group, utilizing precise, controlled movements to reach muscle fatigue, which strengthens and sculpts the body over time.

Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates class brings a modern twist to traditional Pilates, using fluid, quick transitions to keep your heart rate up while burning one muscle at a time to the point of fatigue.

This low-impact, non-heated class is perfect for all fitness levels and focuses on building strength, improving alignment, and sculpting your body through controlled, targeted movements.

Each session offers a full-body workout on the reformer, with an emphasis on core stability and muscle endurance, leaving you feeling energized and transformed after every class.
