Refund & Return Policy

At this time, Homebody Studios is not accepting merchandise returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Class Credits Refunds on credit packages are available only if no classes have been reserved (including waitlist holds) and the request is submitted within 5 days of purchase.

Memberships Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 5 days notice before your next billing cycle. Memberships may be paused up to 2 times per year for a minimum of 1 month — pause requests must be submitted via email.

Late Cancel & No-Show Fees Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) and no-shows are subject to the following fees:

Late Cancel: Austin $15 · Culver City $15 · Montecito $20 · Newport Beach $20

No-Show: Austin $20 · Culver City $20 · Montecito $25 · Newport Beach $25

Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of illness or emergency. Email your local studio in order to do so.
